Please send official entry form, photo(s), release and payment to Make Us Stars, 146 Dixie Ave, Houma LA, 70363. Personal checks, money order, online payments through PayPal accepted. Deadlines: All mailed entries must be postmarked by the 20th of every month for the following month's contest unless stated otherwise on our website. Late entries automatically entered into next contest. No refunds. Babies may be entered into as many monthly contests as desired. Photos will be judged by a panel selected by Make Us Stars. Decisions of judges are final. Photos may be B/W or color, no larger than 5 x 7. Please put a label on the back of all photos entered with name & main Boy or Girl category and/or each additional category entered. No nude photos accepted. All photos become the property of Make Us Stars and will not be returned. All parents/guardians are responsible for providing a copyright photo release for submitted photos. Make Us Stars will not be held responsible in any way for copyrighted photos and/or lost damaged photos. By entering this contest you give permission to Make Us Stars to utilize said photos for publicity and/or promotional purposes, print and/or electronic media. By entering you also give permission to be notified for any inquiry received through the Model Boards concerning your child. All decisions regarding inquiries are parents/guardians privilege to accept or deny. Make Us Stars is not an agency. There are no commission fees involved. Make Us Stars acts only as liaison between interested reputable companies, agents or agencies & child/parent/ guardian or agency representing baby. Make Us Stars accepts no responsibility thereafter. Babies of employees, agents, & representatives of Make Us Stars are not eligible to compete. Taxes on any awards given are winnners responsibility. Contest void where prohibited by law.
