Each photo entered for either divisions or categories is accessed the appropriate fee according to the deadline dates listed below. There are no hidden fees and no further charges will be accessed. Entry fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Top Model Makers (TMM) will not be held responsible in any way for copyrighted photos and/or lost, damaged photos submitted by mail or email. Mailed photos will become the property of TMM. 4. The Photo Model of the Year Search is an online competition sponsored by TMM. I understand TMM is not an agency representing the talent included. Any inquiries received for me or my child which are considered to be legitimate inquiries will be forwarded to me by email and it is at my discretion to pursue contact, accept or deny any assignment and/or audition I or my child may receive as a result of participation. TMM does not guarantee that I or my child will secure work or be called to audition, or be offered any job or employment by anyone to include, but not limited to, any talent agent, manager, producer, or casting director or service of any kind and is not held responsible for any jobs, assignments or meetings arranged by me with any other person, company, or third party whatsoever. 6. For security purposes, only my first name or my childs first name, state and country will appear on the contest website along with my resume, goals, interests etc. as listed above. No street address and personal contact information will be included online or given out without my permission.

Label in the SUBJECT line of your email PMOTY/DIVISION OR CATEGORY HERE/YOURNAMEHERE. Example: PMOTY/Child/Susan Smith or MOTY/Best Eyes/Susan Smith. If not labeled correctly our staff may not open your email or may not be able to match your photos with your entry. One photo per email only - no zipped files accepted.
