RULES, TERMS, CONDITIONS
1. Official entry form is required for all contestants. All entries must be completed and received by the deadlines listed below. Final entries - midnight November 30, 2005. Winners to be announced on or about December 15, 2005 by mail and/or on the Model Makers website.
2. Contestants and parents of contestants under age 18 are responsible for obtaining a copyright release for any photos they do not hold original copyright to and agree they have obtained the legal right and permission to use said photos for entry and posting on Model Makers.
3. Top Model Makers (TMM) will not be held responsible in any way for copyrighted photos and/or lost, damaged photos submitted by mail or email. All photos will become the property of TMM. You also agree your or your child's photos submitted may be used by Top Model Makers (TMM) for advertisment purposes now and in the future.
4. Age Divisions/Categories:
2005 DIVISIONS
- Fashion Model of the Year (13 & up)
- Child Model of the Year (ages 4 - 12)
- Tiny Model of the Year (ages 2 - 3)
2005 CATEGORIES
- Swimsuit/Fitness (ages 13 & up)
- All Dressed Up (2 - 12)
- Best Eyes (all ages)
- Best Smile (all ages)
- Best Pose (all ages)
5. Prizes, cash awards or bonds will be presented within 90 days of the announcement of winners.
Division Awards:
Medallion, Certificate, $100 cash award or $200 bond, Press Release, Exposure
Additional Category Awards:
Trophy, Certificate, $50 cash award or $100 bond, Exposure
Trophies presented may vary depending on availability. A total of 12 entries must be received in any division or category for cash/bond awards to be presented. Any division or category with only one entry must meet a high score of 500 out of 600 points to be awarded. Points are awarded in the following areas: 30 points each for beauty, style, personality, and potential. In the case of a tie, cash or bond awards will be divided between the two winners.
6. Judging will be by a panel selected by Top Model Makers. Judges decisions are final. Worldwide Favorite is an honorary title presented to the highest scoring in each division through online voting and has no influence on the judging for Photo Model of the Year which is judged by panel. Top Model Makers is not responsible for any failure of the voting booths to operate correctly or any misuse of the voting booths by any person. We are not responsible should you be unable to cast a vote through any particular computer.
7. For security purposes, only first names, state and country, submited resume, statistics, goals, interests, hobbies, and/or other interesting facts about you or your child will appear on the contest website. Street address, phone, email and/or other personal contact information will not be included or given out without your permission. Personal information provided to TMM is for the purpose of contacting you regarding your contest entry and/or contacting you for any inquiries received.
8. Top Model Makers is not an agency representing the talent included. Any inquiries received by our offices will be forwarded to you by email and it is your choice at your discretion to pursue contact, accept or deny any assignment and/or audition you or your child may receive as a result of participation in any event or service offered by Top Model Makers (TMM). TMM does not guarantee that you or your child will secure work or be called to audition, or be offered any job or employment by anyone to include, but not limited to, any talent agent, manager, producer, or casting director or service of any kind and is not held responsible for any jobs, assignments or meetings arranged by you with any other person, company, or third party whatsoever. Please refer to Model Makers terms and privacy statement for further information regarding our contests and services.
9. Entry Fees/Deadlines: - enter early & save!

- 01/01/05 - 10/15/05 - $10
- 10/16/05 - 11/30/05 - $20
One Main Entry photo is required however you may enter as many photos as desired. Each additional photo for either main entry or categories is accessed the appropriate fee listed above according to the deadline dates. There are no hidden fees and no further charges will be accessed. Entry fees are non-transferable, no refunds allowed.
10. No nude or semi-nude photos are accepted. TMM reserves the right to refuse any photo for entry that we feel is not suitable for the competition website and/or any photo that has been drastically altered or enhanced for any reason.
11. You will receive confirmation of your entry by email. Be sure to include your name AND your email address with all correspondences.
12. Failure to comply with the rules listed will be cause for disqualification. Contestants/parents are responsible for any taxes on cash prizes. Contest void where prohibited by law.
