All photos become the property of Top Model Makers (TMM) and will not be returned .
By entering this contest you give permission to TMM to utilize said photos for publicity and/or promotional purposes, print and/or electronic media.
By entering you also give permission to be notified for any booking received through the Model Boards concerning your baby
Babies may be re-entered at any time during the year.
Postmark Deadline for mailed entries - 20th of each month or as posted.
Deadline for online entries - 27th of each month or as posted.
Late entries automatically entered into next monthly search. Be sure to complete your entries! No refunds.
Photos will be judged by a panel selected by Top Model Makers. Judges decisions are final.
Proof of age may be required before presentation of final awards.
All decisions regarding inquiries/bookings are parents/guardians privilege to accept or deny. Make Us Stars is not an agency. There are no commission fees involved.
TMM acts only as liaison between interested reputable companies, agents or agencies & child/parent/guardian or agency representing baby. TMM accepts no responsibility thereafter.
Babies of employees, agents, & representatives of TMM are not eligible to compete.
Taxes on any awards given are winnners responsibility. Contest void where prohibited by law.

Photo Copyright Notice!

If mailing your entry, remember to enclose the photo release form for your baby's photographs. If emailing your photos, be sure to obtain a photo release from the copyright holder. Photo release for emailed photos may be required by our company at any time as proof of your having obtained permission from the copyright holder for the purpose of entering this competition and allowing photos to be displayed. You may forward your release to us by mail so it will be on file. Whether mailed or emailed, this includes photos you have taken, photos your friends have taken, and photos you have had taken by professional photographers/photography studios. We have provided access to our photo release form which should be signed by the person who took the photo whether it be you or a friend or a professional photographer to have your baby's photograph released for publication. This release allows the copyright holder to retain all rights to the original photograph while allowing it or a reproduction to be published by Make Us Stars in print and/or electronically on our website. Photographs imprinted with your photographer/studio's name on the front or "copyright" on the back must be released by the photographer/studio as well as all other photos. Many studios and professional photographers have their own releases which you may obtain and use in place of our online release.
